Purchases & Refunds

• Refunds: We offer a good-faith 7-day refund window for first-time purchases if less than 20% of the course has been consumed. Abuse of the policy may lead to denial of future refunds.
• Chargebacks: Contact support first. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Subscriptions & Billing

If you subscribe to recurring plans, charges will renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime in your account settings, effective at the end of the billing period.
